These terms govern use of the Grinning Grimlins storefront and purchases made through its Shopify checkout.
Products And Fulfillment
Products are made to order and fulfilled through Tapstitch. Product images, colors, measurements, descriptions, availability, prices, and delivery estimates may vary or change. Small differences caused by manufacturing, fabric, display settings, or print placement are not necessarily defects.
Orders And Payment
An order is accepted only after payment authorization and an order confirmation. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes and available payment methods are shown through Shopify checkout before submission. Shopify and its payment providers process payment details.
Cancellations And Refunds
Use the contact form promptly if you need to request a cancellation, return, or refund. Because items are made to order, a cancellation may not be possible after production begins. Returns, refunds, damaged items, and incorrect orders are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy.
Shipping And Import Fees
Shipping is free on all orders, including international orders. The buyer is responsible for any import duties, VAT, tariffs, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other destination-country fees. These import and destination fees are not refundable by Grinning Grimlins.
Acceptable Use
You may use the storefront only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, probe or bypass security controls, scrape or copy protected content at scale, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the site to infringe another party’s rights.
Ownership And Third Parties
Grinning Grimlins owns or licenses the brand, artwork, product graphics, photographs, written content, and storefront design. Shopify, Tapstitch, payment providers, carriers, analytics providers, and other third parties may provide services necessary to operate the store and may have their own terms and policies.
Disclaimers And Changes
The storefront and its content are provided subject to availability. To the extent permitted by law, Grinning Grimlins disclaims warranties not expressly stated here and is not responsible for events outside its reasonable control. We may update the storefront, products, policies, or these terms.
Newsletter And Analytics
By subscribing to the newsletter, you request clothing-design updates and discounts at the email address you provide. You may unsubscribe at any time. Optional anonymous analytics is controlled by the site’s consent controls and is described in the Privacy Notice.
