We do not currently accept product orders. Shipping rates, delivery estimates, and service availability will be displayed when the catalog is live.

Order Processing

When product orders are available, orders are expected to be prepared within 2–5 business days after payment is authorized. Processing may take longer during launches, holidays, or periods of unusually high demand.

Shipping Methods And Rates

Available shipping methods and applicable costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is submitted. Rates may vary based on destination, package size, and service level.

Tracking And Delivery

When tracking is available, a confirmation email will be sent after an order leaves the fulfillment location. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Address Changes And Delays

Customers should verify that the shipping address is complete and accurate. Address changes should be requested as soon as possible and may not be possible after a package is transferred to the carrier.

International Shipping

International availability, duties, taxes, and customs requirements will be displayed before payment is submitted. Unless otherwise stated, the recipient is responsible for charges imposed by the destination country.
