When Will An Order Arrive?
Products are made to order and fulfilled through Tapstitch. U.S. orders generally arrive in approximately 7–14 days, including production and transit; this is an estimate. See the Shipping Policy for details.
Can I Return Or Exchange An Item?
Correctly produced made-to-order items are generally not returnable for a change of mind or ordering mistake. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders should be reported promptly. See the Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes. Shipping is free on international orders. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, tariffs, customs charges, or other destination fees.
